These are just what I whipped up with some left over mince meat and what I had to hand, so don’t be afraid to be creative and add what you want…. if you do decide to have a play with this recipe please do let us know and send us some pictures!

    1. Add Salt & Pepper to your Mince Meat (Beef)
    2. Add in your Diced Onion, Dried Sage, Crushed Garlic and Diced Mushrroms
    3. Mix everything all together until it's binding together and get into one big ball
    4. Take a slice of Edam cheese and cut in half, take a small cube of Feta cheese and role the Edam slice you just cut around it (Kind of like if you was rolling a pancake - see video)
    5. Take some of your Meat mix and make a small ball, then flatten and place your cheese role in the center. Once that is done, make it into a round meat ball (if you need to add some extra meat mix then do so, can make to whichever size you like)
    6. Once you have your meat balls ready, roll them / cover them in Corn Flour, then roll them in the egg wash and place into a pan of hot oil for cooking
    7. Cook for around 15-20 minutes with turning them regularly until then are crispy and golden brown looking
    8. Once ready, place them on some kitchen roll or let sit for a minute or so on a cooling rack if you have one.
    9. They are now ready to eat or use in a meat ball dish! Enjoy!
